Complete a Route Plan

Complete a route plan by completing the visits in a route plan.

  1. Tap the more icon and select the Route plans option in the navigation drawer.

  2. Tap a route plan.

    Switch to TODAY'S/FUTURE tab, or change sort order to locate the right route plan.
  3. Tap the check in icon to start a customer visit.

  4. In the Confirmation dialog, tap Check In.

  5. Tap the add activity icon to record activities against the customer visit.

  6. Tap the activity you want to perform.

  7. Fill in the activity form, and then tap Save.

  8. In the confirmation dialog, tap Save.

  9. After completing the activity form, tap the COMPLETE <CUSTOMER> VISIT button to end a customer visit.

  10. In the Confirmation dialog, tap OK.

  11. After completing the activity, tap Check Out.

  12. In the Confirmation dialog, tap Yes.

  13. Repeat above steps to complete other customer visits.
  14. After completing all the customer visits, tap Complete Route.
