Salesforce Endpoint Configuration Options

Field	Description
Endpoint Name	Enter a name to the endpoint.
Submission URL	Enter URL to which data need to be pushed on submission of either form or work.
Modification URL	Enter URL to which data need to be pushed on modification of either form or work.
Username	Enter the username for the selected endpoint.
Password	Enter the password for the selected endpoint.
Access Token	Enter the Access Token for authorization.
Refresh Token	Enter the Refresh Token for authorization.
