Employee Metrics Dashboard
The Employee Metrics Dashboard provides a visual representation of essential metrics and
data of employees within your organization. Through informative graphs, charts, and
scorecards, this dashboard enables HR professionals, managers, and stakeholders to gain
valuable insights, monitor performance and leaves, and make informed decisions. This
dashboard includes various metrics.
- Employee Metrics: This section provides the following
employee metrics.
- Total Employees: Displays the total number of employees in your organization. When you click on this metric, you will be redirected to the employee's section.
- Pending Approvals: Displays the number of forms pending approval. When you click on this metric, you will be redirected to the My Approvals page.
- Pending Leaves: Displays the number of leaves pending approval.
- Total Signed In Today: Displays the total number of employees signed in on the current day. When you click on this metric, you will see a pop-up that shows sign-in and sign-out details.
- Not Signed In Today: Displays the total number of employees not signed in on the current day. When you click on this metric, you will see a pop-up that shows not signed in employees' details.
- On Leave Today: Displays the number of employees taken leave on the current day.
- Productive Employees: In this section, you can find the count of employees who have been productive during different time intervals. A productive employee is defined as someone who has completed activities such as customer check-ins, form submissions, completing day plans, and similar tasks. On the other hand, employees who haven't performed any activities are considered non-productive. The productive employees are categorized based on specific time ranges: 0-7 days, 7-30 days, 30-90 days, and 90+ days. By clicking on the bar graph, you can view the details of each employee.
- Employees With Atleast One Pending Work (Process wise): In this section, you will find a pie chart illustrating the distribution of works with pending tasks to be completed. By hovering your cursor over any section of the pie chart, you can view the name of the work along with the number of pending tasks associated with it. Furthermore, clicking on a section will provide you with information on unassigned works, assigned works, and the names of the employees assigned to those tasks.
