System Defined Fields

Field Description
First Name Allows you to enter employee first name
Last Name Allows you to enter employee last name
Employee ID Allows you to enter the unique identification number/code of an employee.
Employee Photo Allows you to upload image of an employee (Maximum size 200KB).
Type Allows you to select the type of an employee, either Field office or a back office employee.
Reporting Manager Allows you to select the reporting manager.
Manager Allows you to select if an employee is a manager.
Email Allows you to enter the email ID of an employee.
Create Web account Allows managers to create another web account.
Mobile Allows you to enter the mobile number of an employee.
EFFORT ID Allows you to enter IMEI/MEID number, IMEI of Sim1 would be the EFFORT ID. The unique ID issued to connect the mobile device to the company.
Designation Allows you to enter the designation of an employee.
Role Allows you to select the role of an employee according the workflow.
Employee group Allows you to provision an employee to the employee group. It can be according to specialization and place.
Auto Map Customer to Employee Allows you to assign customers to an employee. This flag is used to determine if manager should manually assign or if system automatically assigns customers to an employee.
Show all Form Submissions of Customer that are visible to Employees Allows you to view all the data collected about the customer by different employees.
Send Customers for offline use Allows you to push customer’s data to employees mobile. This is useful for the field employees to have prior knowledge about the customer
Calendar Allows you to define the work hours for the employee based on region and groups
Timezone Allows you to define the work hours according to the time zone. Useful for employees who are geo-graphically dispersed.
Skills Allows you to assigning skills according to the specialization of an employee. This helps to assign work according to the employee's skill set.
Employee Branch Allows you to select employee branch configured in the configurator and has list of employee branch and used for work allocation.
Employee territory Allows you to add the region according to the employee territory and would be useful in allocating work for employees in the same region.
