User Defined Fields - App Settings
The manager can configure the following fields for the employees. According to the settings defined in this section, the field executives will have the needed access.

| App | Allows you to set EFFORT as default app. |
| Protect mobile app with PIN | Allows you to set a PIN for mobile app security. |
| Mobile PIN | Allows you to set the mobile PIN. |
| Ask PIN if app is in background | Allows you to set the mobile PIN when mobile app is running in the background. |
| When Device Exceeds Deviation Time | Allows you to set an action that needs to be performed after the time allotted has exceeded. |
| Permissible deviation time | Allows you to set the permissible deviation time. |
| Check-In Target | Allows you to enter the target for the employee. |
| Show internet connectivity errors beyond working hours | Allows you to display an error if employee use internet connectivity the working hours. |
| Show start/stop work in mobile app | Allows you to display the sign-in/sign-out option in the mobile app. This option is visible only to those employees for whom this option is configured. For companies who do not want to explicitly capture the sign-in/sign-off rather track attendance based on activities/tasks accomplished, this option can be turned off. |
| Start work mandatory for Activities | Allows you to enforce a sign-in to start any activity. |
| Form Submission on Sign-In/Out | Allows you to submit the form during login or logout. |
| Capture selfie at Sign-In | Allows you to take a selfie at the time of login |
| Capture reason for start work | Allows you to let the employee record the reason to start work. |
| Make reason for start work as mandatory | Allows you to write a reason to start work otherwise the employee cannot start the work or perform activities. |
| Capture Call logs | Allows you to capture call logs on Mobile app. |
| Capture SMS logs | Allows you to capture SMS logs on Mobile app. |
| Upload large files (>500 KB) | Allows you to upload the files which are more than 500KB. |
| Location Proximity Check to perform activities | Allows you to check the location of the device and assign work accordingly. |
| Sign-out Conditions | Allows you to sign-out if employee, forgets to sign-out. |
| Location strictness for activities | Allows you to let the employee to perform activity and it’s mandatory to ON the location services. |
