Dashboard
The Dashboard in the Entity Web App provides key insights and real-time
analytics related to entity management. Accessible from the Entity Page, the
dashboard is a powerful tool designed to offer a comprehensive overview of
entity-related data and activities. It helps you monitor entity performance, track
pending approvals, and view recent visits.
The Dashboard offers the following insights:
Total Entity Items/Records
- This metric displays the total number of entity records created.
- This section shows the number of entity records that are pending approval. Pending records can be items requiring review, validation, or approval before they are fully processed.
- This insight provides a record of entity visits over the last 90 days. It tracks how frequently entities have been accessed or checked in.
