Customer Information

The following table describes the fields available in the customer information section

Fields Description
Customer Details Allows you to enter:
  1. Customer ID - The unique ID for every customer
  2. Customer Name - Required, allows you enter customer’s name
  3. Type - allows you to select the customer type from the drop-down list
  4. Phone - allows you to enter the customer’s phone number.
  5. Latitude - allows you to enter the latitude that coordinates with customer’s work location
  6. Longitude - allows you to enter the longitude that coordinates with customer’s work location.
  7. Parent - allows you to capture the structure in customer’s organization
  8. Territory -
  9. Create web panel account
Address Allows you to enter the customer’s address including the landmark.
Outstanding Amount Allows you to enter customer’s outstanding amount, last activity - date, time and name and the total calls.
