System Defined Fields

You can manage the visibility, mandatory and uniqueness check for predefined customer fields. There are 25 predefined fields provided with the application:

You can select the Visible , Mandatory, Unique check boxes to apply the settings in web and mobile app.
Note:

The Unique option is available on EFFORT Mobile App only and it checks for duplication of data while it is captured. For example, if you select Customer Phone as Unique it checks if there is another customer’s record with the same number and restricts the field employee from entering the number.

Note: The System Defined Fields work when you Add Customer
Edit Customer and Import Customerin Web Panel and Mobile App.
