Report and Dashboard Settings

Defines the date format, attendance and other report parameters that influence the report generation.

Enable hierarchy level export in Customer Export

It allows the web app users to export the customers with hierarchy. The exported file includes additional information, such as employees associated with each customer and the reporting managers of those employees. By default, the web app users can export the customers without hierarchy. When this setting is enabled, the web users can see options to export customers with hierarchy and without hierarchy when they click on the export button.
