Customize the forms that should be available on the mobile device
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Item Name | Lists all the forms |
| Custom Name | Allows you to change the form name |
| Order | Allows you to change the order of visibility. |
| Visibility | Allows you to enable or disable the field view. |
| Custom icon | Allows you to upload image as a field icon (Icon must be minimum size of 100px X 75px) |
