Customers Snapshot
The Customer Snapshot feature provides a concise summary of customer visits, including planned, actual, and unplanned visits, along with key details such as customer name, employee name, check-in time and location, check-out time and location, and time spent at the customer's site.
Viewing Options
You have the flexibility to view the customer snapshot for a specific date or duration according to your requirements. To do this, use the dropdown button located in the middle of the page. The dropdown menu offers the following options:

Date Wise (Default)
- By default, this option is selected.
- Select a date from the calendar to view the customer snapshot for a specific day.
- Today's details are displayed when this option is selected.

Date Range
- Select this option to specify a duration by choosing a start date and an end date from the "From" and "To" calendar fields respectively.
Applying Filters
You can apply filters to refine the data in the customer snapshot based on your needs. The following filter options are available:

Employees
- Use this filter option to display customer visits performed by one or more employees.
- Enter the name(s) of the employee(s) and click "Apply" to view the filtered records.

Check-In Type
- Filter records based on the check-in types:
- Normal: Displays customer visits performed at the customer's location.
- Forced: Displays customer visits performed outside the customer's location.
- Filter records based on the check-in types:

Customers
- Filter customer visits/activities performed at one or more specific customers.
- To view all customer visits, click the "Select all Customers" checkbox.
- Alternatively, you can search for specific customers using the search field.
