Configure Customer Fields

You can configure the display of the customer fields in web and mobile and define the mandatory fields for customer visits and more.

Customer Check -ins - All customer’s visits will require check-in and check-out by the field staff, and you can configure this option only when the employee is at the customer's location and within a given radius. You can also enforce the minimum and maximum time that the employee must spend during the visit. This is important for the managers to obtain real time data and check the effectiveness of the employees. Reports such as Customer Activity Report, Customer Check In Check Out Report and Time Spent at Customers Report provide insights on employees performance.

Visibility of Fields: Use the Enable and Visibility options to design the view of the Customers module in Web App.

Customer Layout: Configure the layout of customer details on web and mobile.

Sort: You can define the sorting criteria for Customers module on mobile app. The sort options are first configured here according to various fields, such as customer ID, last activity, geographical region etc and then are displayed in the EFFORT mobile app. You can also add and edit a sort criteria.

Filters: Filters streamline the large amount of data to make it relevant and aid in planning. The filters feature allows you to create and manage the visibility of the filter options for both the web and mobile personas.
