Customer Form Activities

Activities are any tasks done by employees (for example, cheque pick-up, installation, repairs and so on) for a customer. They are as a check list to follow at client’s location and aids them through the work process. Form Activities allow to configure mapping between available form templates and customer types. Employees will be able to trigger these mapped activities while customer location.

Process Activities

You can configure processes as customer activities, which employees will perform when conducting a customer check-in. These configured processes will be displayed on the customer activities screen in the mobile app for employees to access.

Furthermore, you can set restrictions to prevent the creation of an excessive number of incomplete works and control the visibility of the process on the works screen.
