Basic Steps
Step 1. Check Activity History of the User
Follow the below steps to set the Activity History.
- Login to EFFORT as Admin.
- Navigate to Web App -> Employees.
- Edit the employee who is facing this issue.

Ensure that the default value is 7 days. If not change the value to 7
in the textbox.

- Click Save.
Step 2. Check Sync Response Analysis Report
We need to check how much data is flowing to the user in Sync. To check this, we need to generate Sync Response Analysis Report. Click Here for the step-by-step procedure to generate the report.
The report is displayed based on the report format. The report contains details such as the number of reporting employees, forms, works, etc.


The Sync issue arises if the flow of forms, or works, or employees is more. It is not possible to say that the issue will arise beyond this specific number is crossed because it depends upon the records of the form fields and work fields that are coming in Sync. This data is different from one company to another.
Resolution
- If the output report shows forms or works count in thousands, we need to get in touch with the BA team and instruct the client.
- If the generated report shows forms or works count in hundreds, then we need to take the debug and forward it to the Android team for resolution.
