If you are facing the tracking issues, then follow the below process.
  1. Log in to the respective Effort account.
  2. Generate a Detailed Tracking Report and check if all the tracks and activities are captured or not. Click the below link to generate a report.

  3. Now generate a Mobile Device Event Logs Report. Click the below link to generate a report.

Now compare the app restarted timings with the location captured timings.
