This article helps you if the mobile app getting crashed when the user is trying to access the Works module. You will see the error as EFFORT Plus keeps stopping.

Analysis

In this scenario, you need to forward the debug info to the Spoors support team.

To forward the debug info, go to Settings > Send Debug Info.



Enter your email address, the reason and click on Send.
