Unable to View Sign Out Form

This article helps if you are facing an issue with the sign-out form. When you click on the sign-out option, a blank page appears, and the form is not opening. Refer to the below screenshot for your reference.

You need to check the configuration in the Settings module.

If the configuration is correct, then forwars the debug info to Spoors support team. They will get it resolved with the help of our Android team. Our Android team updated the server modified time for the form spec.

Once you got the reply from the support team, sync the app once and then check.
