Sign In Record Not Found in the System Records

This article helps if the sign-in record is not found in the system records even though the user has already signed in.

Steps

You need to follow the below steps to check the issue.
  1. After performing sign-in, check whether the user has uninstalled or reinstalled the mobile app without syncing the sign-in.
  2. After performing the sign-in, check whether the user synced the sign-in record or not.

In case the user doesn't have any pending items to be synced. Also, the user didn't uninstall the mobile app with sync pending items. In this case, you need to forward the debug info to the Spoors support team.

Analysis from the Support Team

After sign-in, the user has immediately killed the mobile app from the background i.e., from recent applications. Due to this, the sign-in record was not recorded in the system.

Resolution

Do not kill the mobile app immediately after sign-in before the sign-in record gets synced.
