Adding Data

To add data, perform the following steps:

Add Manually

To add items to the list individually, use the “Add” option.

  1. Click on the “Add”.
  2. Enter the List no.
  3. Enter the Status as “Contact made”.
  4. Click “Save & New” to save this entry and open a new form.
  5. Enter the next Status as “Demo Scheduled”.
  6. Click “Save & New” again.
  7. Enter the next Status as “Demo Completed”.
  8. Click “Save & New”.
  9. Enter the final Status as “PO Received”.
  10. Click “Save” to complete the process
  11. Click on “View Status items”.

Import

To import the items using an external file, perform the following steps.

  1. Click on “Import”.
  2. Click on “Download Template”.
  3. Open the Downloaded Excel Template and add details under status column.
  4. Save the Excel file.
  5. Click on “Choose File”, and select the updated Excel Template.
  6. Click “Import”.

View

To view the list of status items, perform the following steps:
