Complete a Work Activity (Checklist Process)

To complete a work activity (checklist process), follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Web App > Navigation Menu > <Process Name>.

    Note:

    The sample process shown in the screenshot is a test process created for documentation purposes. In your system, you will see your own processes instead. Click on the desired process to proceed.

  2. Click the Hide Metrics button.

  3. Optional: Click the Filters button and apply the required filter to find the work that you want to complete.

  4. Under the View column, click the eye icon of the work you want to complete.

  5. Click the work activity that you want complete.

  6. Fill in the form and click Save button.

  7. Optional: Similarly, complete other assigned activities until the work gets completed, if any.
