Schedule Notifications For Delayed Work Actions
To schedule notifications for delayed work activities, follow the steps below.

Go to .

Note: If the Notifications module is missing from the navigation menu, it may not be enabled for the web app. Contact your administrator for assistance. -
In the Notifications page, click the + Add
Notification button located on the top right corner.

Enter a title for the notification in the Name
textbox.

Select Notify When as Work Action Got
Delayed.

- Optional:
If you want to schedule notification for a single work process, select one from
the For dropdown.

If you want to schedule notifications for all work processes, you can ignore this step. - Optional:
If you opted for a specific work process, select work activities from the
For Action dropdown to get notifications.

- Optional:
Select an escalation matrix from the Escalate to
dropdown to report the issue.

- Optional:
Click Rule grey box. Configure rules to send
notifications based on work priority.

In the Delivery Rule section, do the following:
- Click Save.
