Generate a Work Process Check-In or Check-Out Report

To generate a work process check-in or check-out report, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Web App > Reports.

    The Reports page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Work Report - Default section.
  3. Click the <Work Process Name> Check-In/Check-Out Report link or icon for which you want to create the report.

    The Work Check-In/Check-Out Report page appears.

  4. Select employees from the employees list.

  5. Optional: Change From and To dates.

    Both From and To default to today.
  6. Optional: Select HTML or XLS for Load report as.

    Load report as defaults to HTML.
  7. Optional: Select Include Employee Details checkbox.

    Refer to the help text provided beside check box to know more.
  8. Click Load.
    The Work Check-In/Check-Out Report is displayed depends on the report format.
