Enable Auto Creation

Path: App Builder -> Entities -> Manage Entities

  1. Click on the “Manage Entities” tab.
  2. Click on “Leads” entity.
  3. Click on “Settings”.
  4. Click the checkbox “Enable Sales Report”.
  5. Click the checkbox “Enable Auto Work Creation”.
  6. Select “On Entity Creation” in the Select Type field.
  7. Enter “Manage Leads” in the Select Activity Specs field.
  8. Click “Apply”.
