Map Fields

Path: App Builder -> Entities -> Manage Process Activities

  1. Click on the “Manage Process Activities” tab.
  2. In the top-left corner, click on “Create”.
  3. In the Activity name field, enter the name of the activity as Leads
  4. Under Select Entity, Choose Leads.
  5. Under Select Work with Above Selected Custom Entity Field, Choose Manage leads
  6. Click on Checkbox for Don’t Show in Home and Bottom Bar.
  7. In the Manage Leads Fields section:
  8. For Lead, Click the drop-down and select Check In Custom Entity.
  9. For Sales Owner, Click the drop-down and select Sales Owner.
  10. Click “Save”.
