Assign or Reassign Customers

To assign or reassign a customer to an employee, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Web App > Customers.

    The Customers page appears.

  2. Click the Hide Metrics button.

  3. Select the customers you want to assign or reassign to an employee.

  4. Click the (Re) Assign button.

  5. From the Employee Name dropdown, select an employee.

  6. Select the mapping option as per your requirement.

    • Keep existing mapping & map new Employee
    • Replace all mapping with new mapping
  7. Click the Apply button.
