Perform an Activity for a Customer
This topic helps you understand how to log or perform an activity for a specific customer using the mobile app.

On the home screen or from the navigation drawer, tap Customers.

On the desired customer card, tap the Add Activity
icon.

Note:Depending on the configuration set by your admin, you may be required to check in before performing any activity. If prompted, make sure to complete the check-in process first, and then proceed with the activity.
The app will not allow you to check in or check out if you are outside the defined radius of the customer’s location. Make sure you are within the allowed range to successfully complete the check-in/check-out process.

Tap the plus icon corresponding to the activity you want to perform.

Fill in the activity form with relevant details.

- Tap Save.
