Work Fields: Labels and Description
| Field | Description |

| Order |
It displays the order of the work fields and allows you to change the order according to your requirements. The fields are displayed in the sequence defined in this column. For instance, while creating a work process from the mobile or web app, the field with order number 1 will be the first field, the field with order number 2 will be the second field, and so on. |
| Title |
Enable this checkbox to set the work field as a title field. The value entered in the title field while creating a work becomes an identifier for searching the work in the mobile app. Users can search for the work using the value entered in the title field. |
| Field Label |
The default names for all work fields are displayed in this column. You can change the field label if needed. The field label helps users understand what information needs to be entered in the field. |
| Data Type |
The data type of the work field is displayed under this column. For new fields, you can select the data type according to your requirements. To learn more about all the data types, refer to the following topics. |
| Computed/Default | For the default fields, it specifies whether fields are computed or
default.
For new fields, select the appropriate option based on your requirements and define the formula. |
| Barcode |
Note:
Applicable only for text fields and works in mobile app only. The system does not allow you to set default work fields as a barcode. When it is enabled, the barcode icon is visible beside the field in the mobile app. It allows you to capture the bar code information. |
| Required |
It allows you to make a field mandatory or optional while creating a work item. If you set a field as required, it becomes a mandatory field, and users must enter information in it. Users are not allowed to create a work item without providing the required information. |
| Visible | It allows you to make the field visible or invisible while creating
work. When the Visible option is enabled for a field, it means that the field will be displayed on the work creation screen. Users will be able to see the field and enter data. |
| Visible At Work Creation | It allows you to make the field visible or invisible while creating work. If it is not enabled for a work field, it will not be visible while creating work, but it will be visible in the view mode. |
| Advance Searchable | This option provides advanced search capabilities. If this option is enabled for a work field, then the field will be visible in the advanced search screen. The users can perform an advanced search with the values entered in this field to find the required work. |
| Simple Searchable | If it is enabled for a work field, the users can search the work with the values entered in this field. |
| Advanced Setting | It is a gear icon where you can configure the customizations to the field. Refer to the Work Fields - Advanced Settings to know more about advanced settings. |
