Configure Form as Entity Activity

An activity is a task that needs to be performed at an entity. The Configure Form Activities feature in the Entities module enables you to associate specific forms with an entity and define them as activities to be executed at the entity level. Users can submit the configured forms as activities when they check in to an entity.

Pre-Requisites

Before configuring a form as an activity, ensure the entity is already used in your forms. Only forms containing the entity datatype can be configured as activities. For example, if you have an entity named Dealers, ensure there is a form with the entity datatype configured for Dealers. Such forms will be available to configure as activities for the Dealers entity.

To configure a form as entity activity, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to App Builder > Entities > Manage Entities.

  2. Under the Active Entities section, click the entity you want to modify.
