The Manage Entities option within Entities is an interface where you can manage both active and withdrawn entities. It allows you to easily manage, modify, and configure entities according to your organization's needs. - Active and Withdrawn Entities: View and manage all active entities, as well as withdrawn ones, in one central location.

- Location Proximity Settings: Configure proximity-related settings for location-based entities.
