Manage Referenced Entities

Pre-Requisites

Before you define this configuration:
  • Ensure you have already created entities masters with the Customer data type and added items to them. Only entity masters with the Customer data type are available to enable on the customer details screen.

  • If you want to manage a entity master, ensure to enable the Entity module from the Settings module. To enable an entity to make it visible on the Web App, go to App Builder > Settings > Customised App Configurations > Default App > Customise Web App Menu.

To define manage reference entities configuration, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to App Builder > Customers.
  2. Scroll down to the Utilities section, and click the Manage Referenced Masters card.

  3. On the Manage Referenced Masters pop-up window, click Manage Entity Reference.

  4. On the Manage Built-in Fields page, do the following:
    1. Under the Visible column, select the checkbox against the entity that you want to make available on the customer details screen.

    2. Under the Order column, define the order of the visibility.

    3. Optional: Under the Additional column, click the gear icon to configure settings for the entity status/expiry visibility. Refer to the Advanced Settings - Manage Referenced Masters topic to know more about all the settings.

  5. Click Save.
