This publishing option allows you to make the form visible to all the employees in your organization. The employees in your organization can perform the form submissions from both Web and Mobile Apps.

Make As Customer Activity
Note: This publishing option will be functional only when you use a Customer data type in the form.

This publishing option allows you to make the form as a Customer Activity. You can also make a form as Customer Activity from the Actions page. Check out the Configure As Customer Activity page to configure a form as Customer Activity.

Make Form Public
This publishing option allows you to generate a shareable link or QR code that helps you get the required data from external users without logging into Effort. Check out the Get a Shareable Link or QR Code For a Public Form page to get the shareable link after publishing a form as Public Form. The below image shows how a link or QR code gets generated. You can copy the link, download the QR code and keep it wherever you want. The external users can simply click the link or scan the QR code to make the form submissions.

Online Form Submission

This publishing option enforces your employees to perform form submissions when they have an active internet connection. The employees can be unable to submit the form if the app was not connected to the internet.
