Property	Description
Restrict Field Visibility to Employee Groups	This property allows you to make fields visible or invisible to the selected employee groups. You can use this option to hide certain sensitive fields. By default, the field is visible to everyone. Check out the Add Employee Group page to create an employee group.
Restrict Field Editing to Employee Groups	This property allows you to make fields editable or uneditable to the selected employee groups. You can use this option to disable certain sensitive fields. By default, the field is editable to everyone. The below image shows how a field looks when you set it to uneditable to employee groups. The users can be unable to enter inputs in the field. Check out the Add Employee Group page to create an employee group.
Pick a Location from Map Only	Note: This property is applicable only to the Location data type. This property allows you to disable the latitude and longitude fields and allows the users to select a location from the map only. The below image shows how this works when you access a location field from the Web App.
Restrict Pick Location From Other Locations Through Mobile Application	Note: This property is applicable only to the Location data type. This property allows you to restrict the users to select a location on the map from other locations through the mobile app.
Pick a File From Gallery	Note: This property is applicable only to the Audio, Video, Image, and Signature data types. The users will get access to upload a file from their device while submitting the form through the mobile app. By default, the user doesn’t have access to upload a video from the device. As shown below, the below highlighted option will be enabled when you enable this checkbox.
Restrict Employee Selection from the Employee Groups Only	Note: This property is applicable only to the Employee data type. The users can select employees from the configured employee group only. See the below image: As per the above configuration, the users can select only the employees in the Field Employees group. Check out the Add Employee Group page to create an employee group.

Note: This property is applicable only to the Location data type.

This property allows you to disable the latitude and longitude fields and allows the users to select a location from the map only. The below image shows how this works when you access a location field from the Web App.

Note: This property is applicable only to the Location data type.

This property allows you to restrict the users to select a location on the map from other locations through the mobile app.

As per the above configuration, the users can select only the employees in the Field Employees group.
