All	Displays all the forms assigned to the field executive
Draft	Displays all the forms that are not submitted by the field executive
Approval	Displays the form status submitted by the field executive. It has two sub options 1)Waiting for my Approval - Displays the forms pending for approval. This is applicable for the managers) 2)Status of my request – Displays the status of the form submitted by the field executive.
