Configure Metrics on the Dashboard

To configure metrics on the dashboard, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Process page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Process card.

    The Activity Process page appears.

  3. Click the required process card.

    The selected <work process name> Activities page appears.

  4. Scroll down to the Display Settings section.
  5. Click the Manage Metrics card.
  6. Optional: In the Custom name column, enter the custom names for the items you want.
  7. Define the order in the order column, or drag and drop the fields to define the order.
  8. Optional: Disable the checkboxes under the Visibility column to disable the items in the dashboard.
  9. Click Save.
