Configure Auto Allocate Work Assignment

The work fields such as Start Time, End Time, Pincode, and Location are mandatory to use this feature.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Process card.

    The Activity Process page appears.

  3. Click on the required process card.
  4. Scroll down to the Allocation And Scheduling section.
  5. Click the Manage Auto Allocate And Scheduling card.
  6. Click the Work Assignments option.
  7. Select the auto allocation options as per your requirement.
  8. Click Save.
