Configure Auto Fill
To configure auto fill, follow the steps below.

Go to .
The Process page appears.

Click either Activity Process or Checklist
Process as per your requirement.

The Activity Process or Checklist Process page appears.

Click the process card for which you want to configure auto fill.

The work processes in the Activity Process are shown in the above screenshot. If you click on the Checklist Process, the work processes in it will appear. - Scroll down to the Auto Fill section.

Click the Auto Fill Activity Forms card.

The Auto Fill Activity Forms page appears.

Under the Activities Autofill from Normal Fields, click
the auto fill icon against the required activity.

The Auto Fill Form Submission from Work/Form Submission pop-up window appears.

Enable the checkbox on the top of the page to view the fields below.

Under the Source From column, select the source from
which you want to copy the value.

Under the Copy From Field column, select the fields from
which you want to copy the value.

- Optional:
Under the Change Value column, disable the checkbox to
allow the users to edit the value in the field. If the checkbox is not selected,
the data gets copied and the user cannot change it.

- Click Save or Update.
