Create External Action

To configure data provider bot action, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes > Activity Process > Create Process > Create On My Own.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Create work process as per your requirement.
  3. For the activity that you want to make as external action, set Activity Type to External Activity.
  4. Save your work process.
