Configure Sending Automatic Work Invitations Based on Conditions

The work fields such as Start Time, End Time, Pincode, and Location are mandatory to use this feature.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Process card.

    The Activity Process page appears.

  3. Click the required process card.

    The selected <Process Name> Activities page appears.

  4. Scroll down to the Allocation And Scheduling section.
  5. Click the Manage Auto Allocate And Scheduling card.
  6. Click the Work Invitations option.
  7. Click the Condition Based Auto Work Invitation checkbox.
  8. Click the Add Criteria button.
  9. Click the Add Condition button and define conditions.
  10. Configure the options as per your requirement.
  11. Click Save.
