Configure Sending Automatic Work Invitations Based on Postal Code

The work fields such as Start Time, End Time, Pincode, and Location are mandatory to use this feature.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Process card.

    The Activity Process page appears.

  3. Click on the required process card.

    The selected <Process Name> Activities page appears.

  4. Scroll down to the Allocation And Scheduling section.
  5. Click the Manage Auto Allocate And Scheduling card.
  6. Click the Work Invitations option.
  7. Click the Postal code based Assignment checkbox.
  8. Select the below options as per your requirement.
    • Condition Based Auto Work Invitation
    • Consider leaves
    • Consider weekoffs
    • Consider holidays
    • Pick Employees having less work load
  9. Click Save.
