Configure Auto Unassignment Criteria

To configure auto unassignment criteria, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Process card.

    The Activity Process page appears.

  3. Click the required process card.

    The selected <Work Process Name> Activities page appears.

  4. Scroll down to the Allocation And Scheduling section.
  5. Click the Manage Auto Unassignment Criteria card.

  6. Click the Auto Form Fill icon under the Activities to define the criteria.

  7. Click the Add Criteria button.

  8. Click the Add Condition button to define condition.

  9. Define the conditions as per your requirement.

  10. Click Save.
