Delete a Lead Status Configuration

To delete a lead status configuration, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Process page appears.

  2. Click the Lead Status Configuration card given under the Work Process Extensions section.

    The Manage Lead Status page appears.

  3. Click the checkbox given against the required configuration.
  4. Click the Delete button.
  5. Click OK in the confirmation pop-up.
