Configure Auto Allocate Work Activities

This configuration is applicable only to the work pocesses that are created in the Activity Process.
  1. Go to App Builder > Processes.

    The Processes page appears.

  2. Click the Activity Process card.

    The Activity Process page appears.

  3. Click on the required process card.

    The <Work Process Name> Process Activities page appears.

  4. Click the Manage Flow card under the Work Process Essentials section.
  5. Click the light bulb icon under the Allocation Rules column.

    The Allocation Rules pop-up window appears.

  6. Configure the auto allocation as per your requirement.
  7. Click OK.
