Enable or Disable Approval Process

To enable or disable approval process, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Processes > Approval Process > Enable/Disable Approval Processes.

    The Enable/Disable Approval Processes page appears.

  2. Under the Status column against the required approval workflow, select Enabled or Disabled based on your requirement.
  3. Optional: Tap the pencil icon to modify the approval process.
  4. Click SAVE.
