Activate a Deleted Form

To activate a deleted form, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Withdrawn Forms section.
  3. Click on a form which you want to activate.
  4. Under the Form Essentials section, click the Activate Form card.
  5. In the confirmation pop-up, click OK.
