Edit a Form

To edit a form, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Click on the form card that you want to modify.
  3. Click the Modify Design card under the Form Essentials section.
  4. Edit the form template depending on your requirement.
  5. Click Save.
