Enable/Disable Approval Process

To enable/disable approval process, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Scroll down to the Settings section.
  3. Click Manage Approval Processes card.

    The Approval Process page appears.

  4. Click the Enable/Disable Approval Processes card.

    The Enable/Disable Assign Approval Process page appears.

  5. Select an appropriate option in the Status column.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Optional: Click the pencil icon to modify approval process. Follow the steps listed in Configure Approval Level.
