Create a Form using OCR

To create a form using OCR, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Click the Create Form button.

    The Add a New Form Template pop-up appears.

  3. Click Create through OCR.
  4. Select the image of the form that you want to create using OCR.
  5. Optional: Under the Type column, change the data type.
  6. Optional: Under the Add/Remove column, uncheck the fields to remove from the form.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Enter the name and customize the form as per your requirement.
  9. Click Publish.
