Configure As Custom Entity Activity

To configure as custom entity activity, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Select the Form which is having Custom Entity data type to view the <Form Name> Actions page.
  3. Under the Form Essentials section, click the Configure As Custom Entity Activity card.
  4. Enter a name for the activity in the Activity Name field.
  5. From the Select Entity dropdown, select an entity in which you want to create.
  6. From the Select Form With Entity Field dropdown, select a form from which you want to create an entity.
  7. Select the check box Display Activity in Forms to make the form visible in the Forms module.
  8. Click Save.
