Send Public Form URL and QR Code To Email (Configurator)

Make sure that the form has been published as a Public Form to generate a shareable link or QR code.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Click on the form which is published as a public form.

    The Form Actions page appears.

  3. Scoll down to the Utilities section.
  4. Click Get Shareble Link/QR Code card.

    The Get Shareble Link/QR Code pop-up window appears with public link and QR code.

  5. Enable the below checkboxes as per your requirement.
    • Send Public URL: Allow you to send email with the public form link.
    • Send QR Code: Allow you to send email with the QR code.


  6. Enter details in the below email fields.
    • Mail Subject: Enter the subject line of the email.
    • Mail Body: Enter the content of the message.
    • Enter Email addresses: Enter the recipient's email addresses.


  7. Click Submit button to send email.
