Upload a Help Document to a Form

To upload a help document to a form, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to App Builder > Forms.

    The Forms page appears.

  2. Click on a form template for which you want to upload a help document.
  3. Scroll down to the Utilities section.
  4. Click the Help Document Upload card.
  5. Enter a title to the document in the Name textbox.
  6. Click Choose File and select the document.
  7. Click Upload.
